He created a doc series pilot called Five Star, about the insane world of college football recruiting. He then moved into branded content and commercials, directing projects for Spotify, Fox, Nike, Sony, Anheuser-Busch, and Google.
Ben Pluimer is an Emmy nominated director who began his storytelling career as a child making home movies in the badlands of South Dakota. He has directed commercials and content for brands including Snapchat, Ford, Taco Bell, 20th Century Fox, NBC/Universal, and a four-part campaign for Subaru. In 2017, Ben directed the award winning immersive series Guilty Party, a dramatic teen mystery show that played out over several social media platforms. It starred a cast of digital super stars, and reached a vast audience with 65 million views and 39 million audience engagements.
